In 1972
ARAB MARITIME PETROLEUM TRANSPORT COMPANY - A.M.P.T.C. is a shipping transportation company, established in 1972, with main objective to undertake and provide high quality operations in the field of transportation of hydro-carbonic substances for the international shipping community, and obtain a reasonable profit to the Owners.
The Company is owned by Countries within the OAPEC. The Head Office is in Kuwait, but major operational activities are handled by the Cairo Office. The Company is presently owning and operating a fleet of crude, chemical, product, and LPG carriers.
The A.M.P.T.C, since established, recognizes its role and its commitment
to the Maritime Community with regard to Safety, Health Environment and
Quality.
AMPTC Services
Was missioned to provide maritime transport services of hydrocarbon substances for the benefit of O.A.P.E.C. and its members, as well as, to trade independently in the international market.
